In band-limited channel digital communications, digital modulations play an important role for converting the digital signal to the waveform signal suitable for characteristics of channels. Phase Shift Keying (PSK) is one of the best digital modulations used to transfer digital signal in a band-limited channel. In PSK, the phase of carrier is modified according to the signal symbols which include one or more bits depending on the type of PSK modulation. This paper proposed a re-configurable modulator of PSK which is capable of performing some types of PSK in order to minimize the hardware resources, transmission power and suitable for communication bandwidth without chang- ing hardware resources. The proposed modulator can implement Binary PSK (BPSK) and Quadrature PSK (QPSK). It is also simulated on Matlab/Simulink, complied by Vivaldo Design Suite software platform and implemented on Xillinx Virtex-7 FPGA. It is observed that 35% power consumption saved by the proposed structure
